The first loudspeaker models from Acoustical Science Laboratory (Ascilab) arrive imminently.
The first three designs to be available are the,
C6B 6" Alumina-Ceramic woofer,
1" Alumina-Ceramic Dome Tweeter
5x8" Passive Radiator.
F6B 6" Fibre Cone Woofer
1" Aluminium Dome Tweeter
5x8"Passive Radiator
F6BS 6" Fibre Cone Woofer
1"Aluminium Dome Tweeter
Prices start at around £700 per pair including vat for the F6BS, £785 inc vat for the F6S, rising to £1100 per pair inc vat for the F6B.
More information regarding colour options for the speakers, waveguide and grills can be found on Ascilabs product release document below, Ascilab have also documented their proposed timeline for new speakers which are going to be crazy good and not hyper expensive.
I believe ASCILAB are the going to be the very first manufacture to deliver to market outstanding state of the art designs at affordable prices!
